Rental Policies
* Rental Hours ~ 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. |
* 9.75% Tennessee Sales Tax added to all boat rentals. |
* Half-Day Rentals accepted only after 12:00 pm, on a walk-in basis only if scheduling permits. |
* Lifejackets are required for all persons onboard. Customers may bring their own or rent from Sunset. |
* Customer is responsible for cost of refilling gasoline and oil upon return. |
* A deposit equal to one days rental fee is required when reservation is made. |
* Deposit will be returned to customer provided boat is returned clean and undamaged. |
* All fishing boats are equipped with 2 cushions, paddles or oars, and a 6 gallon fuel tank. |
*Must be 21 years old, with valid drivers license, to rent and drive any fishing boat. |
