Q.	What size houseboats do you rent?
A.	We have three different sizes of houseboats: 50’ x 17’ Family Cruiser, sleeps up to 8 people 65’ x 16’ Mid-Size Cruiser, sleeps up to 10 people 74’ x 20’ Flagship Cruiser, sleeps up to 12 people

Q.	How do you rent the houseboats?
A.	We have three different houseboat packages: Weekends 4:00 pm Friday to 10:00 am Monday Mid-Week 4:00 pm Monday to 10:00 am Friday Weekly 4:00 pm Fri. or Mon. to 10:00 am following Fri. or Mon. All Times Central Standard Time

Q.	Do you provide linens for boats?
	No, we provide only pillows and blankets on the houseboats. You will need to bring all the bed, bath, and kitchen linens.

Q.	Do you allow pets on the houseboats?
A.	No, we do not allow pets on any of our rental houseboats

Q.	I have made my reservation, when do I need to send my deposit.
A.	You will need to send a check or money order within 7 – 10 days from the day you make the reservation. You may be ask for a credit card if your reservation is less than 14 day away from the day you make your reservation.

Q.	When is the full amount due?
A.	The full rental fee plus tax will be due on the day you check in.

Q.	What method of payment do you accept?
A.	We accept cash or check (personal, cashiers, business, etc.). We do not accept credit cards for cottage rental fees. Please have proper identification and phone number with checks.

Q.	Do your boats have a fly-bridge?
A.	Yes, the 74’ Flagship boats can be driven from the fly bridge.

Q.	Can you put more people on the boats than they sleep?
A.	The maximum number of people allowed on any rental boat is 12 people. You can have no more than 12 on any of our houseboats.

Q.	Can you add an extra day to your rental?
A.	Yes, if the boat you are renting is not reserved for that time, you may be able to extend your rental.

Q.	What months do you rent houseboats?
A.	Our houseboat season starts April 1st and goes through October 31st.

Q.	What is the cancellation policy?
A.	With reasonable notice of at least 60 days, credit for your deposit, less a rescheduling fee, will be given to be used during the off season. Refunds will not be made in the event of cancellation or early checkout.

Q.	Do all the boats have satellite TV?
A.	No, only the 74’ Flagship has satellite TV.

Q.	Is it required to have a tag-a-long boat when you rent a houseboat?
A.	No, you are not required to have a dingy, but we do recommend a fishing boat or ski boat for your safety. You may bring your own or rent one from us.

Q.	What size motors are on the houseboats.
A.	50’ & 65’ houseboats have a 75hp Mercury Engine. The 74’ houseboat has a 150hp Mercury Engine.

Q.	Do the boats have grills?
A.	Yes, all of our houseboats are equipped with a gas grill.

Q.	Are the kitchens fully furnished?
A.	Yes, the kitchen includes: toaster, microwave, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, utensils, pots, pans and dishes.

Q.	Do the bathrooms have showers and tubs?
A.	The 50’ & 65’ have showers and the 74’ has both a tub and shower.

Q.	Are the houseboats air conditioned?
A.	Yes, all of the houseboats are equipped with Central Heat and Air.
