* Rates based on (4) four person occupancy.

* $8.00 per night per person for extra people.

* (3) Night minimum stay required during the peak summer season and all holiday.

* (2) Night minimum stay required during the Spring & Fall and Discount Seasons.

* Tennessee State Sales Tax will be added to all Cottage Rentals.

* Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend 3-Night minimum - Peak Rates Apply.

* Deposit Refundable upon inspection of cottage.
