Cottage Rental Policies
1.) |
A security deposit is required within (7) days after the reservation is made or the reservation will be cancelled. |
| 2.) | The deposit will not be applied to the rental fee |
| 3.) | The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided check out is completed prior to 10 a.m. central time. |
| 4.) | The entire rental fee is due prior to checking into the cottage. |
| 5.) | Rescheduling may only be done during the same calendar year and may be subject to a fee. |
| 6.) | 3 night minimum stay required during the Peak Summer Season and all holiday weekends - 2 night minimum required otherwise.

| 7.) | Additional charge of $8.00 per night per person for extra people.

| 8.) | Check In Time: Guaranteed by 4:00 pmCST - Check Out Time: 10:00 am CST.

| 9.) | We accept cash or check.
|
| 10.) | All rates based on a discount given for cash payment.
|
| 11.) | Tennessee sales tax (9.75%) will be added to all rentals. |
| 12.) | Renter must be at least 21 years old, with a valid drivers license. |
